• Manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory of cleaning supplies and linen.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance standards and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback, ensuring quick resolutions.
• Monitor performance, coach team members, and foster pride and teamwork.
• Oversee deep cleaning projects, special event setups, and seasonal maintenance.

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and luxury presentation throughout the resort. This role oversees all housekeeping operations — including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces — ensuring an exceptional guest experience that reflects the resort’s five-star standards. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and passionate about creating a pristine and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
