• Oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments.
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain property guestrooms, public spaces, and employee areas.
• Perform leadership tasks such as managing financials, payroll, and scheduling.
