Capital Vacations is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations across the resort, ensuring cleanliness and order. You will develop procedures, lead the team, and collaborate with other departments to meet high standards.

The role requires proven housekeeping experience, strong leadership, and excellent organizational skills, with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Florida resort in Ocean Vue.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure cleanliness goals are met.
• Address customer complaints and special cleaning requests.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing housekeeping procedures, and to meeting cleanliness standards and working with the team to ensure harmony and strong work ethics with staff.
