Job summary

The Time New York by Dream Hotel Group is seeking a Housekeeping Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Midtown Manhattan. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room and public areas, laundry, and inventory, while ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Lead and develop the housekeeping team, coordinate with Front Office and Engineering, and uphold safety and hygiene protocols in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance oversight.

• Experience in hiring, onboarding, and training housekeeping team members.

• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and health regulations relevant to housekeeping and laundry operations.

Role Description:

The Housekeeping Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at The Time New York. This role oversees daily housekeeping operations, including room and public area cleanliness, laundry services, and adherence to brand standards. The Housekeeping Manager schedules and supervises housekeeping staff, conducts inspections, coordinates inventory and ordering of supplies, and ensures compliance with safety and hygiene protocols. The role also collaborates closely with Front Office and Engineering teams to address guest requests, room readiness, and maintenance issues, while supporting training, performance feedback, and team development. A key focus is maintaining an efficient, guest-centered operation that upholds the hotel’s standards and delivers consistently high levels of service.
