About the Role: As Housekeeping Manager you will mentor our ambitious TEAM ensuring outstanding guest service and cleanliness. You will be responsible for the hotel's Housekeeping operations and ensuring the housekeeping TEAM meets business needs and delivers outstanding service and performance.

Responsibilities:The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping department, along with ensuring smooth operations, including rooms, public areas, laundry, and supplies. You will be expected to maintain the highest cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency level while adhering to brand standards and achieving guest satisfaction. This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to effectively deal with department heads, guests, and team members.
