White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeping Manager for Louisville Marriott Downtown in downtown Louisville, KY.

You will oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, ensure cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction, and execute leadership tasks such as payroll and scheduling.

Compensation starts at $54,022 per year with benefits including medical, parental leave, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and restaurant discounts.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
• Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
• An interest in training and developing future housekeeping leaders
• Excellent communication, listening skills, and a great eye for detail
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
• Ability to creatively problem solve and deliver results
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required and experience with the specific brand hotel or upscale property is an added plus
