Job Description

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for developing and executing housekeeping solutions to meet residents' needs. Carries out housekeeping duties in senior living locations in accordance with facility standards of cleanliness and appearance.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensures compliance with appropriate infection prevention, safety, OSHA, Joint Commission, and regulatory standards.
2. Determines the needs of the clients' operations and ensures that the appropriate Aramark resources are engaged.
3. Mentors employees by creating a shared understanding of what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved.
4. Rewards and recognizes employees.
5. Ensures safety and sanitation standards in operation are compliant with Aramark and client's regulations.
