Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Manager to oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments across our upscale properties in Austin. You will ensure cleanliness, safety, guest satisfaction, and lead financials, payroll, and scheduling with a focus on developing future housekeeping leaders.

Applicants should bring prior leadership experience, exceptional communication, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a supervisory role or higher.
• Strong communication and listening skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Interest in training and developing future housekeeping leaders.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
• Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.
