Job Description

Assist in managing all Housekeeping functions, participate in quality assurance, support the Executive Housekeeper, and ensure Omni standards are met through quality monitoring and exemplary behavior.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and attentive guest service, responding promptly to inquiries and complaints.
• Resolve guest issues while maintaining good relationships and hospitality standards.
• Maintain clear communication with all departments and guests.
• Improve service efficiency through active participation in Omni Service Tradition programs.
• Assist with departmental functions such as shift opening, inventory, scheduling, quality assurance, and cost controls.
• Monitor inventories and maintain communication with Front Desk and Engineering regarding maintenance issues.
• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces, prepare reports, and oversee staff performance.
• Participate in energy conservation and property maintenance efforts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and uphold Omni standards of cleanliness and service.
• Support staff training and motivation to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, management preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Motivated, able to multi-task, work independently, and lead others.
• Willing to work at the resort and villas.
