Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven experience in professional cleaning.
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel between sites is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in residential or commercial spaces as scheduled.
• Conduct Quality Control inspections on completed cleans.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to housekeeping staff.
• Maintain cleaning checklists and documentation.
• Communicate with management about any issues, damages, or supply needs.
• Help train and onboard new housekeepers.
• Ensure all cleaning standards and safety protocols are followed.
