Job summary

Housekeeping Lead

As a Housekeeping Lead at the hotels, your general responsibilities will be to clean assigned rooms, assign rooms to be cleaned to room attendants by shift, including finalizing daily paperwork by shift end, inspect all rooms and common areas each day to ensure quality standards are met, supervise the day-to-day operation of the department and work activities of assigned personnel, assist with inventory, and maintain compliance with company policies, practices, procedures, and safety standards.

Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma, knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning techniques, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to make fast and sound decisions, a desire to reach perfection, the ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and memos, and the availability to work weekends.
