Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations incl. rooms, public areas, and laundry.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff to meet brand standards and safety rules.
• Manage inventory of supplies, linens, and equipment with cost control.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and spaces to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with front desk and maintenance to resolve guest requests promptly.
