Job summary

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train Housekeeping Attendants; relay supervisor directions.
• Train staff in proper methods; ensure efficient cleaning.
• Maintain room, occupancy, and inspection records.
• Ensure guest privacy and security.
• Schedule adherence; communicate status to supervisor.
• Perform full range of housekeeping services as needed.
• Set up/breakdown breakfast bar and restock breakfast items.
• Maintain supplies, inventory, and equipment.
• Handle guest complaints tactfully; escalate when needed.
• Operate in inclement weather if required.
