Aramark Nexus is seeking a Housekeeping Lead near Pampa, Texas to supervise and support housekeeping operations at Caprock Workforce Community. The role focuses on leading a custodial team, ensuring cleanliness and safety across guest accommodations and common areas, and contributing to a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory and custodial experience, can work with limited supervision, and follows safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous custodial experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work to a custodial team.
• Oversees completion of tasks and ensures quality of work.
• Partner with leadership to address performance issues.
• Participate in training of new and existing staff.
• Cleans assigned areas to meet standards.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment to mitigate hazards.
• Maintains cleaning equipment.
• Follows trash storage and disposal procedures.
• Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to the appropriate personnel.
• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including complying with appropriate accredited agencies and Aramark regulations.
• Ensures security of company assets and facility, ensuring doors and equipment storage areas are locked/unlocked, as required.

Aramark Nexus is hiring a Housekeeping Lead to support hospitality operations at the Caprock Workforce Community located near Pampa, Texas.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience as a Lead Housekeeper, Lead Hotel Housekeeper, Environmental Services Technician Lead, Custodian Lead, or Hospitality Cleaning Professional who take pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments.

As a Housekeeper Lead, you will play an important role with your team in maintaining guest accommodations, common areas, and facilities throughout the community. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will directly impact the comfort, safety, and overall experience of residents and guests.

Job Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a custodial team.

• Oversees the completion of tasks assigned to the custodial team and ensures the quality of work is satisfactory.

• Partner with department leadership to address performance deficiencies of custodial team.

• Participate in training of new employees and re-training of employees, as needed.

• Cleans assigned areas to meet Aramark and client standards and requirements.

• Maintains a clean, tidy, and clutter free work environment to mitigate safety hazards.

• Thoroughly cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment.

• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas.

• Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to the appropriate personnel.

• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including complying with appropriate accredited agencies and Aramark regulations.

• Ensures security of company assets and facility, ensuring doors and equipment storage areas are locked/unlocked, as required.

Qualifications
