TouchPoint is hiring for a full-time Housekeeper Lead at Ascension Alexian Brother Medical Center, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007. The role runs from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm; days may vary. No previous experience is required.

The fixed pay rate is $23.00 per hour, with ongoing opportunities and benefits through Compass Group. As a supervisor, you will train and inspect housekeeping staff, ensure cleanliness standards, and coordinate assignments and security of keys and radios.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains and inspects housekeeping staff to ensure procedures meet unit standards.
• Assists where necessary to provide optimum service to guests.
• Provides quality service with attention to detail.
• Ensures staff clock in properly and documents attendance issues.
• Resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintains assignment sheets and communicates changes during shift.
• Assigns keys, radios and beepers and ensures security of equipment.
• Inspects cleaning areas and staff performance for cleanliness standards.
• Trains staff as needed and contributes to team professionalism.
