Job summary

Omnia360 Facility Solutions is seeking a site-based Environmental Services Lead in Cincinnati to manage daily cleaning operations on a hands-on basis. This full-time, first-shift role offers $16.00-$18.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family.

• Must pass drug test and FBI/BCI background checks.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning in designated areas; hands-on role.
• Ensure staff assignments meet customer/state standards and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve questions for customers.
• Train new staff on cleaning products and procedures.
• Audit facility to ensure environmental staff work per schedule and policies.
• Fill in for open cleaning/janitorial positions as needed.
• Promote employee and customer safety at all times.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities of the Environmental Services Lead include:

• Responsible for daily cleaning in designed areas and perform other work projects upon request by manager, this is a hands-on position.
• Ensure assignments of all environmental staff are performed to customer and state standards and inaccordance with established procedures.
• Provides excellent customer service and solves complex questions and concerns to provide anoutstanding experience for customer.
• Trains new staff on how to properly clean and use cleaning products.
• Audits facility to ensure the work of the environmental services staff is being performed according to scheduleand following the correct policies and procedures of the department and the facility.
• Fills in for any open cleaning or janitorial positions as needed.
• Always promotes employee and customer safety.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements for the Environmental Services Lead:

• Prior housekeeping, environmental, or janitorial experience at a lead level or above preferred.
• Previous experience in school or higher education environment is a plus.
• A solid work history with excellent attendance & punctuality.
• High school diploma/GED and 3 plus years of related experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to pass drug test and FBI/BCI background checks.
