We are seeking a Housekeeper on first shift in Cincinnati, OH, with duties including cleaning rooms, restrooms, and common areas, and maintaining cleaning schedules.

This full-time role on the first shift offers weekly pay, benefits from day one, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED OR 1–3 years of related experience.
• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Healthcare environment experience is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Must pass safety classes and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and dusting assigned areas and rooms.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Clean and supply restrooms.
• Remove waste and empty trash.
• Maintain cleaning chart indicating areas cleaned/inspected.
• Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Organize janitorial storage areas.
• Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or repairs needed.
• Assist in other specialty areas of the building, including assisted living, long-term care, and laundry.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements for the Housekeeping position include:

• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Previous experience in healthcare environment is a plus.
• A solid work history with excellent attendance & punctuality.
• High school diploma/GED OR 1 to 3 years of related experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to pass drug test and FBI/BCI background checks.
• Must be able to pass sanctions checks for working in health care facilities.
