Saber Healthcare Group in North Carolina seeks a diligent housekeeping and laundry supervisor to maintain a clean, homelike environment in a skilled nursing facility. You will direct the laundry department operations and ensure adherence to health, sanitary and infection control policies.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior housekeeping or laundry experience (healthcare or hospitality preferred), and supervisory capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping and/or laundry, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.
• Supervisory experience preferred; long-term care experience preferred.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to provide a clean, well-maintained, and homelike environment and provide quality laundry services through directing the overall operations of the department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the community. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Housekeeping and Laundry Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have previous experience in housekeeping and/or laundry, preferably in healthcare or the hospitality industry.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: 7:00a - 5:00p
• Wage: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
