Ideal candidates bring healthcare housekeeping or laundry experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. This role supports daily operations, including linen services and supply room organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably healthcare.
• Strong supervisory or leadership experience.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping and laundry team, including hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff.
• Create department schedules aligned with census and labor budgets.
• Order and manage supplies while monitoring budget controls.
• Oversee cleaning tasks: mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, disinfecting.
• Perform routine inspections for sanitation and infection control compliance.
• Provide staff training on safe cleaning and laundry procedures.
• Ensure linen delivery, personal laundry services, and organized supply rooms daily.

Your Impact As a Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor

• Lead the Team: Hire, Train, Supervise, and Evaluate Housekeeping and Laundry Staff

• Schedule Efficiently: Create Department Schedules Aligned with Census and Labor Budgets

• Manage Inventory: Order and Manage Supply Levels While Maintaining Budget Controls

• Ensure Cleanliness: Perform and Oversee Mopping, Dusting, Vacuuming, Polishing, and Disinfecting
