Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a dependable Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor to lead our Environmental Services team in a healthcare facility. You will hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

You will schedule and manage supplies, oversee cleaning and laundry operations, conduct routine sanitation inspections, and enforce infection-control protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in Housekeeping or Laundry Services, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong Supervisory or Leadership Experience
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• Understanding of infection control and sanitation protocols in long-term care
• Genuine care and compassion for elderly and disabled residents

Responsibilities

• Lead the Housekeeping and Laundry Staff: hire, train, supervise, and evaluate performance
• Create Department Schedules aligned with census and labor budgets
• Order and manage supply levels while maintaining budget controls
• Perform and oversee mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and disinfecting
• Conduct routine inspections for sanitation, infection control, and cleanliness compliance
• Provide instruction on safe and effective cleaning and laundry procedures
• Ensure consistent linen delivery, personal laundry service, and organized supply rooms
