Job summary

Riverview Retirement Community in Spokane, WA is seeking an Environmental Services team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. The role is non-exempt with a Monday–Friday schedule and includes access to campus amenities and staff appreciation programs.

Responsibilities include housekeeping duties, resident assistance, and maintaining high hygiene standards. CPR training is provided within 30 days, and background checks are required.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED. (Preferred)
• Background check and drug screen required.
• CPR certification within the first 30 days of employment (class provided).
• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Responsible, honest, and ethical in all situations.
• Compassionate, understanding, socially accepting of other cultures, open-minded, and a patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Housekeeping experience in healthcare or related field. (Preferred)
