Trinidad Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dependable Housekeeping/Laundry Aide to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks and manage residents' laundry with care.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping, laundry, or janitorial experience is a plus (not required).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Compassionate, resident-first mindset.
• Willingness to follow policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Collect, launder, and return linens and residents' personal laundry in a timely and organized manner.
• Follow infection control and sanitation procedures.
• Refill soap, paper towels, and other supplies as needed.
• Work cooperatively with nursing and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Handle equipment and cleaning supplies properly and safely.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor.
