• Clean common areas as scheduled.
• Strip beds weekly, more often if necessary.
• Provide a complete set of fresh linen and towels weekly.
• Ensure bathrooms are mildew-free; replace curtains and mats as needed.
• Inform maintenance if repairs are needed.
• Collect residents’ laundry weekly and return washed items.
• Do laundry for residents if needed.
• Wash windows in resident rooms weekly or more often if needed.
• Maintain ample supplies of clean linen.
• Deep clean vacated apartments for new residents.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Housekeeper / Full-Time

Hours: Flexible - to be determined after the interview

Days: 4 weekdays and either a Sat. or Sun.

Duties: Laundry, clean rooms & bathrooms & maintain a celan environment

Housekeeper Overview: The Housekeeper will clean assigned areas, with the greatest concentration on public spaces.

Housekeeper Responsibilities:

• Clean resident rooms and bathrooms daily, as defined in the RESPONSIBILITIES assistance plan.
• Clean common areas as scheduled.
• Strip beds weekly, more often if necessary.
• Provide a complete set of fresh linen and towels weekly.
• Ensure that bathrooms are free from mildew; provide new curtains, bath mats if needed.
• Inform maintenance personnel if repairs are needed.
• Collect residents’ laundry weekly, as defined in the assistance plan and/or more often if necessary, and bring to the laundry room.
• Collect residents’ laundry after being cleaned and return to proper places.
• Do laundry for residents, if needed.
• Report concerns or observations about residents to REPORT TO.
• Ensure a safe living environment.
• Wash windows and window sills in resident rooms weekly or more often if needed.
• Assist with exterior window washing twice a year.
• Maintain and ensure that there is an adequate amount of clean linen at all times
• Deep clean all vacated apartments to prepare for the next resident.
• Assist in serving meals.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
• Maintain an adequate amount of supplies to complete job responsibilities. Inform REPORT TO if supplies are needed.
• Return all supplies to proper storage area upon completion.
