Villa Maria Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Housekeeping/Laundry Aide to provide quality housekeeping services and maintain a clean, orderly and safe environment for residents and staff.

The role includes cleaning resident rooms and bathrooms on a scheduled basis, planning efficient use of time, and coordinating with staff to minimize disruption while assisting in maintaining supplies in the department.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned areas (resident rooms and bathrooms) on a scheduled basis to meet cleanliness and infection control standards.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment and assists in keeping supplies stocked for the department.

TheHousekeeping/Laundry Aideprovides quality housekeeping services, and a clean, orderly and safe environment for all facility residents and staff.

As defined in job routines or department instructions, theHousekeeping Aidecleans assigned areas of the facility, included but not limited to: resident rooms and bathrooms, on a scheduled basis to meet high standards of cleanliness, infection control, safety and hazardous communication program. TheHousekeeping Aideplans efficient use of time, cooperates with all other staff and performs responsibilities with minimum disruption to the residents and staff. Maintains a clean, orderly work area and department. TheHousekeeping Aideassists in maintaining adequate supplies needed in the department.
