Kana Hotel Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily cleaning operations and ensure high standards of service. You will work with the Executive Housekeeper to assign tasks, supervise room attendants, and maintain supply inventories while upholding brand quality and guest satisfaction.

The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, plus supervisory experience and flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in all aspects of Housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist in obtaining list of vacant rooms to be cleaned and assignments.
• Assist room attendants by cleaning guest rooms.
• Inventory cleaning supplies and linen stock to ensure budget control.
• Maintain cleanliness of storage rooms and stock carts.
• Investigate concerns regarding housekeeping service and equipment and provide feedback.
