Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to ensure all resort units meet cleanliness and setup standards for future guests and owners. You will work to maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with the team to resolve issues promptly.

The role requires prior housekeeping or supervisory experience, strong energy and communication skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining professional conduct at all times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required or equivalent.
• Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Energetic with a passion for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and initiative, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Professional conduct and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly inspects assigned units to ensure completeness of cleaning and setup.
• Coordinates with housekeepers and supervisors to maintain quality standards.
• Identifies areas needing attention and informs Supervisors/Managers.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
