The Wilderness Resort is seeking hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service-driven individuals to join our fast-paced team. Employees enjoy great benefits, amenity usage, and more.

The Housekeeping Inspector supervises cleaning personnel to ensure rooms are clean, orderly, and attractive.

This is a part-time or full-time position with day and weekend availability.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Obtaining list of rooms to be cleaned, including check-outs and stayovers.
2. Cleaning guest suites within the time frame set by management using proper procedures and chemicals.
3. Inspecting and evaluating the cleanliness of rooms after cleaning.
4. Assisting in training and teaching policies and procedures.
5. Coaching Room Attendants on areas of improvement.
6. Recommending repairs to management.
7. Inventorying supplies and equipment periodically.
8. Ensuring housekeeping duties are completed before shift end.
9. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage rooms and carts.
10. Reporting damages or missing inventory by submitting appropriate forms.
11. Using chemicals safely according to directions and MSDS sheets.
12. Following procedures to protect against bloodborne pathogens.
13. Reporting hazardous conditions to management.
14. Practicing safety procedures during physical tasks and equipment use.
