About Us

Company is a trusted leader in environmental testing for mold, asbestos, and lead, servicing the DMV. With over 25 years of industry experience, we deliver fast, reliable results and clear, actionable reports to property managers, restoration contractors, and commercial builders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mold, asbestos and lead testing (pre- and post-remediation) at residential and commercial sites.
• Collect samples, perform visual inspections, and document findings with accuracy.
• Use our project software app to log data and generate reports and abatement protocols.
• Collaborate with clients, including restoration contractors and property managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Adhere to industry standards (e.g., IICRC, IAQ) and safety protocols.
  
  

Qualifications

Certifications Required:

• Mold inspection and assessment accreditation; lead inspector certification and lead risk assessor; indoor air quality certification, EPA asbestos inspector certification, EPA project designer certification.
  
  

Other Requirements

• Property restoration experience/IICRC certification(s) in water, fire, or mold remediation.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with computers or mobile apps for data entry and reporting.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
