Job summary

StepStone-Hospitality-Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Inspector to ensure guest rooms meet brand standards for cleanliness and presentation. You will work to deliver an elevated guest experience and must be available to work on Saturday & Sunday.

Responsibilities include inspecting rooms, stocking amenities, reporting issues, and supporting Room Attendants and leadership with quality control initiatives.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel housekeeping or supervisory experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
• Basic computer proficiency; Marriott systems experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

• Support housekeeping leadership with quality control initiatives and special projects.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum lifting of 20 pounds.
• Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
• Hearing, writing, typing.
• Minimum pulling of 20 pounds.
• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.
• Must have good mathematical and computer skills.
• High school education and relevant training and experience required. Additional education preferred.
• CPR and first aid training preferred.
