Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, genuine, and memorable welcome to every guest, embodying Southern hospitality with a touch of Dolly-inspired charm, humility, and personality.
• Oversee daily Housekeeping operations ensuring all linens, uniforms, and guest items meet luxury cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Train new team members, and motivate team members to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
• Empower the team to go above and beyond, respond to guest feedback with grace, and always find a way to add that extra sparkle.
• Inspect VIP guestrooms and guest rooms before arrival identifying any cleanliness and maintenance issues to resolve in a timely manner.
• Inspect all suites daily to ensure cleanliness standards and condition.
• Verify rooms proper set up and locations of items with correct number of materials.
• Ensure Housekeeping carts, closets, and service areas are stocked appropriately and according to the hotel standard.
• Conduct spot checks of the public areas to maintain overall standards.
• Assist in tracking and reporting of all property goals to manage trends.
• Prioritize rooms properly according to VIPs, arrivals, departures, room types, and any strategies as directed by leadership.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Monitor productivity and efficiency to meet hotel standards
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe facilities
• Foster a positive team culture aligned with the hotel’s values of care, pride, and hospitality
• Uphold luxury service standards and brand voice, ensuring every interaction feels personal
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality presentation of rooms including linens, amenities, and cleanliness
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover during high occupancy
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
