Job summary

Hilton Myrtle Beach is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee guest rooms and public areas at Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach, part of Kingston Resorts. You will inspect cleanliness, manage Room Attendants, handle work orders, and ensure timely responses to guest requests in a fast-paced resort setting.

The role is full-time, year-round with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Supervising housekeeping operations to maintain guest room and public area standards.
• Training and guiding Room Attendants as needed.
• Inspecting rooms, reporting discrepancies, and coordinating with maintenance or front desk.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms/areas for cleanliness and readiness.
• Assist in training Housekeeping staff and ensure service standards.
• Communicate guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hotel policies.

The Kingston Resorts is a 145-acre oceanfront resort on the north-end of Myrtle Beach. Less than 2 miles from Tanger Outlets and a short 20-minute trip to Broadway at the Beach. This resort is home to the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation Condos, and Royale Palms. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for inspecting designated guest rooms and/or public areas in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms, verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms and enter into the property management system (as needed)


• Complete work orders, as needed


• Perform Room Attendant and/or Houseperson duties, as needed


• Assist in training Room Attendants, as needed


• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
