Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and anticipate needs.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces per Hilton standards.
• Make beds, change linens, scrub bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and restock amenities.
• Handle laundry and organize housekeeping carts/storage areas.
• Report maintenance issues or guest concerns to supervisors.
• Inspect rooms for quality, safety, and compliance.
• Assist housekeeping leadership with daily operations as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude and support team morale.
• Follow safety procedures and brand standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests warmly and anticipate their needs
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces according to Hilton and 6PM Hospitality standards
• Make beds, change linens, scrub bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and restock amenities
