Description

We are hiring a Housekeeping Lead!

Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
• Supervise up to 15 Guest Room Attendants.
• Deal promptly and effectively with guest complaints and requests.
• Enforce self-inspection system.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Conduct ongoing training for housekeeping employees to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Promote teamwork and boost employee morale.
• Assist in pre-shift meetings, distribute keys and assignments, and ensure grooming standards are met.
• Communicate policies and procedures for housekeeping and special cleaning projects.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen rooms, laundry area, lost and found, storage rooms, employee break room, and Guest Room Attendant’s carts.
• Ensure rooms are ready daily and maintain key control.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through cleanliness and attentive service.
• Check fixtures, electronic equipment, and HVAC systems for proper operation.
• Set heating/cooling and radios to appropriate settings.
• Report maintenance needs observed during inspections.
• Log rooms cleaned on the daily housekeeping report.
• Fold linens and towels while waiting for rooms to be cleaned.
• Maintain cleanliness of carts, linen rooms, and cleaning equipment.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00

Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred.
