BARDO Hotels in Savannah, GA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Houseperson to support the housekeeping team. The role ensures guest floors, service areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, organized, and well stocked, with supplies and linens available for efficient room cleaning.

Onsite at Hotel Bardo Savannah, you will help maintain workflows, interact professionally with guests, and collaborate with room attendants and leadership to uphold BARDO's standards of care and presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Reliable, organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push carts, bend, reach, and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Open availability, including weekends and occasional overnight shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked linen rooms, supply closets, and housekeeping work areas.
• Restock linens, amenities, and supplies to support room attendants throughout the shift.
• Assist with stripping rooms, removing used linens and trash, and preparing rooms for cleaning as needed.
• Transport soiled linens, trash, and supplies between guest floors and designated service areas.
• Support daily housekeeping operations to help guestrooms be completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Provide warm, professional service when interacting with guests in corridors and public areas.
• Partner with room attendants, supervisors, and laundry to maintain smooth workflow and communication.

About the role

The Housekeeping Houseperson supports the housekeeping team by keeping guest floors, service areas, and back-of-house spaces clean, organized, and well stocked. This role works closely with room attendants and housekeeping leadership to ensure supplies and linens are available, rooms move efficiently through the cleaning process, and the hotel consistently reflects Bardo’s standards of care and presentation.

This is an onsite position located at Hotel Bardo Savannah.
