Come and join our team at this 605-room convention center hotel in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City. Our luxury hotel is located next to the Paycom Center (OKC Thunder), the Oklahoma Convention Center, and across the street from the 70-acre Scissortail Park.

Job Description

An amazing opportunity to be a pivotal part of this Omni convention collection hotel. The Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is a true outdoor recreation, entertainment, and culinary destination paying homage to the heritage and modern progress of the city. With 605 guest rooms and suites, the luxury hotel will showcase views of the 70-acre Scissortail Park and the downtown skyline with 78,000 square feet of meeting and event space, tap house, modern diner, lobby bar, coffee shop, and a retail outlet.

Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is seeking an energetic Housekeeping Houseperson PM to join the opening team of this upscale hotel. This team member will ensure that assigned public space and guest room floors are kept fully stocked and clean, and provide support to Guest Room Attendants while maintaining Omni standards and exceeding guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve soiled linen and garbage from Guest Rooms and Room Attendants carts and/or storage closets to dispose of through the linen chute or dumpsters.
• Maintain hallways, report maintenance issues, and handle special cleaning assignments (e.g., carpet cleaning or repainting areas).
• Deliver guest amenities or special requests to guest rooms (e.g., rollaway beds, baby cribs, refrigerators, toothbrushes/toothpaste).
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly projects as assigned by Housekeeping Managers/Supervisors.
• Clean stairwells, elevators, and hallways free from debris and room service trays.
• Maintain housekeeping supply storeroom by organizing new supplies upon delivery and restocking floors.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills required.
• Must maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and performance.
• Prior hotel housekeeping or relevant environmental services experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, perform bending, reaching, squatting, and lift objects up to 30 lbs alone or 100 lbs with assistance. Push/pull objects up to 75 lbs.
• Must live within 50 miles of the hotel.
