Job summary

Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa on Del Monte Golf Course is seeking a diligent Housekeeping Houseperson to support our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will assist with linens and supplies delivery to guest rooms, restock carts, and maintain cleanliness in public areas such as corridors and lobbies.

The role requires energy, reliability, and the ability to work AM/MID/PM shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or related role preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivering linens and supplies to guest rooms.
• Restock housekeeping carts and maintain inventory of supplies.
• Clean and maintain public areas such as corridors, elevators, and lobbies.
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly manner.
• Support the housekeeping team with special projects and deep cleaning tasks.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to provide a safe and healthy environment.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations.
