Summary: Ensure cleanliness of guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public vending areas, and assist room attendants to maintain Crescent’s high standards of quality.

Qualifications

• Self-starting personality with an even disposition to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and community.
• Adhere to Legacy Ventures Service standards as outlined in the Blueprint and other policies/rules of conduct, including personal appearance, grooming, attendance, and safe/efficient operations.
• Stock linen closets with amenities and supplies for room attendants; may include delivering supplies directly to rooms.
• Comply with all company and brand standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Use proper two-way radio etiquette when communicating with other employees.
• Deliver clean linen to assigned sections as needed.
• Complete special projects assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
• Pick up guest room attendant’s dirty linen or trash throughout the shift.
• Collect all trash from service landings and dispose of it properly.
• Vacuum guest corridors as trained.
• Maintain stairwells to hotel standards.
• Keep linen rooms organized and clean.
• Complete daily checklist projects such as cleaning elevator lobbies, ash urns, glass tables, furniture, ice machines, vending machines, elevator doors, service landings, linen closets, stairwells, and other assigned tasks.
• Remove objects like room service trays and trash from hallways to the service area or Housekeeping Office.
• Practice safe work habits to ensure safety for guests, staff, and self.
• Handle luggage requests and check-in/out processes courteously and efficiently.
• Manage Lost and Found items according to hotel standards.
• Return keys and assignment sheets at shift end.
• Assist with guest room cleaning if needed, following proper procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of Housekeeping storage areas.
• Attend required meetings.
• Clean and spot walls and doors, polish mirrors, and clean room numbers and elevator doors.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers.
• Flip mattresses and move furniture as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements

Must have a flexible schedule, excellent customer service skills, ability to multitask, work in a team, and communicate effectively. Basic computer literacy and organizational skills are required.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED preferred; 6-12 months related experience or training, or equivalent.

Physical Demands

Must regularly stand, handle objects, talk, and hear. Occasionally walk and reach. Must lift up to 25 pounds regularly, 10 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
