Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Housekeeping Hospitality Services Associate. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining a safe environment in the assigned area and assisting with activities necessary for the effective functioning of the department.

Job Responsibilities

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Performs various environmental tasks essential for the department's smooth operation.
• Recognizes and responds to issues that may cause problems, referring issues through the proper chain of command using the escalation policy. Documents legibly. Maintains open communication channels via two-way radio or phone.
• Responds promptly to dispatches. Works to improve and maintain HCAHPS scores.
• Cleans spills following HAZMAT guidelines. Ensures equipment functions properly and reports problems when necessary.
• Uses appropriate communication in all interactions, demonstrating proper radio and phone etiquette.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to communicate and understand simple directions in English. Ability to read MSDS and chemical labels.

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience in a related field. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

The salary range for this role is $45,153.48 - $49,142.00 annually, depending on experience, education, and hospital needs. This range does not include bonuses, incentives, or other compensation.
