Position Summary:
We are seeking a Housekeeping Hospitality Services Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in their assigned area and assisting with departmental activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform various environmental and cleaning duties necessary for department operations.
• Respond to issues promptly, escalating problems through proper channels and documenting actions clearly.
• Assist in maintaining high HCAHPS scores through effective service and communication.
• Ensure proper cleaning according to guidelines, report equipment issues, and handle spills following safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively using appropriate etiquette on radios and phones.

Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to understand and communicate simple directions in English; able to read MSDS and chemical labels.

Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; experience in a related field is a plus.

Qualified candidates must communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

The salary range for this role is $45,153.48 - $49,142.00 annually, dependent on experience and other factors. Additional compensation may include bonuses or incentives.
