• Oversees housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public spaces and employee areas.
• Maintains relationships with Front Office for effective communications on issues.
• Ensures compliance with housekeeping policies and operating standards.
• Manages budgeting, supplies, and cost controls to meet financial goals.
• Drives guest satisfaction through coaching and empowering staff to deliver exceptional service.
