Job summary

NHC HealthCare Somerville is seeking a dependable Housekeeping team member to help provide a clean, comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, residents, families, visitors, and partners. This Full-Time position offers negotiable schedule and pay depends on experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning patient and resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, and offices; dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal; restocking supplies; and adhering to infection control and safety

Qualifications

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow cleaning, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Previous housekeeping or health care experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
