Position Summary

The Housekeeper-Floor Tech is responsible for a variety of tasks, such as dust mopping and damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing common areas, hallways, and stairwells. The Housekeeper-Floor Tech is responsible for the daily cleaning and sanitizing of lobbies, sitting, office, and dining areas, and all furniture. The Housekeeper-Floor Tech is responsible for collecting trash from the units and for the proper disposal of the trash in an outside container. The Housekeeper-Floor Tech also does discharge cleaning and may also be called on for utility work in any area of the building.
