The Gardens at Aldersgate in Topeka, KS is seeking a dedicated housekeeping/maintenance aide to uphold a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

Responsibilities include performing general cleaning, following schedules, coordinating with staff, and adhering to facility policies and dress code. Prior experience in a commercial setting with laundry/housekeeping is preferred.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalency preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a commercial setting with housekeeping/laundry procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping/cleaning duties to keep the center sanitary and orderly.
• Follow cleaning schedule and complete tasks for various areas including restrooms and common rooms.
• Coordinate with other staff to maintain a warm, safe and calm environment for residents.
• Adhere to employee policies and dress code.
