Olivia Hospital & Clinic in Minnesota seeks an Environmental Services Technician to maintain clean, safe environments in hospital and clinic settings. You will follow established procedures for cleaning, disposing, and moving materials, and help with Blood-Borne Pathogen precautions as required.
This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to follow work orders, flexible hours including weekends, and strong time-management in a dynamic hospital environment.
Environmental Services Technicians provide safe and sanitary surroundings for patients, employees, and the public in both hospital and clinic settings. Environmental Services Technicians must follow the required procedures for handling, cleaning, disposing, and moving of objects/materials. Environmental Services Technicians must also participate in the clean-up of blood, infectious materials, and/or body fluids containing blood in accordance with the OSHA Blood-Borne Pathogen Standard or Olivia Hospital & Clinic Exposure Control Plan for Blood-Borne Pathogens.
