Job summary

NEWCare, Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to support environmental services on the 1st shift. The starting wage is $15.00/hour and may be negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and assisting with activity room set-ups and resident well-being.

We require at least one year of housekeeping experience and the ability to read, write, and follow instructions. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Clean all bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories and fixtures in apartment and common areas
• Vacuum carpeted areas and mop tile floors
• Spot clean walls and windows
• Dust furniture and empty trash cans
• Clean baseboards, pictures, lights and HVAC vents
• Honor any additional housekeeping request made by the residents during the allotted time
• Assist with picking up trash
• Assist with activity room set-ups, will require movement of furniture
• Report any pertinent information to management directly related to the well-being of the resident
• Perform any additional housekeeping tasks as necessary
