Hilton is seeking a punctual Housekeeping Dispatcher to support the hotels operations on site. You will respond to guest and team requests, dispatch the right service, and maintain records in the work order/PMS system. You’ll also help with front desk communications about room status and assist with payroll, inventory, and equipment tasks.

The role emphasizes hospitality values and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel environment, ensuring smooth room readiness and guest satisfaction.

• Experience coordinating service requests and dispatch tasks.
• Ability to log and track requests in a work order/PMS.
• Strong communication with front desk and housekeeping teams.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate service requests: Respond promptly to incoming requests from guests and team members and efficiently dispatch appropriate service.
• Maintain service records: Log, track, and close service requests in the work order and/or property management system.
• Communicate room availability: Partner with Housekeeping and Property Operations teams to ensure the Front Office is notified of all vacant/ready rooms.
• Support office operations: Handle general office duties such as processing paperwork, scheduling staff, managing payroll, conducting inventory, maintaining equipment, and tracking guest feedback.

As a Housekeeping Dispatcher, you're not just providing dispatch services and office support to the Housekeeping Department - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Coordinate service requests: Respond promptly to incoming requests from guests and team members and efficiently dispatch appropriate service
• Maintain service records: Log, track, and close service requests in the work order and/or property management system
