Qualifications

  • Ability to follow one- or two-step instructions and handle standardized situations with little variation.
  • Genuine skill and comfort working with elderly residents.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all housekeeping duties in resident apartments - vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, high dusting, removing trash, and changing bed linens.
  • Clean restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and community common areas.
  • Use cleaning equipment and materials properly and observe all safety and security procedures.
  • Report any observed problems or deficiencies in resident services to the Executive Director.
  • Perform other duties as requested by your Executive Director.
  • Attend daily standup, manager's meeting, and one-on-one meetings as needed.
  • Order and organize housekeeping supplies.
  • Lead and manage housekeeping staff.

What You\'ll Do
