Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize floors, restrooms, and surfaces.
• Manage waste including trash, recycling, and disposal.
• Perform outdoor maintenance like parking lot sweeping and minor landscaping.
• Handle general upkeep such as changing air filters and bulbs.

We are looking to hire a Housekeeping/Custodian Part Time for our Daniels’medical waste treatment facility in Taylor, Michigan.

What will your job involve?

• Core Building Custodian Duties:
• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting surfaces, and disinfecting restrooms while restocking supplies.
• Waste Management: Emptying trash cans, collecting recycling, and properly disposing of waste.
• Outdoor Maintenance: Sweeping parking lot, clearing walkways, windows, minor landscaping, painting.
• General Upkeep: Changing air filters and light bulbs, cleaning air vents, operating floor buffers, and other duties as necessary.
