Job Responsibilities

The Housekeeping Crew works as part of a team, under the direction of a Site Manager, cleaning shopping malls or department stores. Tasks include cleaning entrances, restrooms, floors, food courts, and break rooms, as well as restocking supplies. During open hours, crew members patrol for hazards, clean spills, wipe down surfaces, and perform touch-up cleaning. They may operate cleaning machinery and handle trash disposal.
