The Biltmore Hotel in Miami is seeking a Housekeeping Office Coordinator to manage office tasks, handle telephones, prepare staff assignments, and coordinate with Front Desk and Engineering. The role emphasizes maintaining logs, reports, and BSOP procedures to ensure seamless housekeeping operations.
Responsibilities include coordinating with supervisors, room attendants, and VIP services, monitoring HotSOS/Megasys, and generating end-of-day reports.
